REFUND POLICY

[COMPANY NAME] — Cyprus, 2025

This Refund Policy explains your rights and our practices regarding refunds for the online course(s) (the “Course”) sold by [COMPANY NAME] (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Note for the Company / lawyer: fields in [brackets] must be completed. This is a working draft for review by your Cyprus lawyer before publication.

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer entering into a distance contract within the EU, you have, in principle, 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

2. Digital content exception (important)

The Course is digital content supplied online with immediate access. At checkout you are asked to:

  • expressly request and consent to immediate access to the Course before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and

  • acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

If you give that consent and access is granted, you no longer have a statutory right to withdraw, and the price is non-refundable on that basis. If you do not consent to immediate access, your access begins after the 14-day period, during which you may withdraw.

3. When we provide refunds

We will refund you where:

  • you withdraw within 14 days and immediate-access consent was not given (or access had not yet been granted);

  • a duplicate or erroneous payment was made;

  • we are unable to provide access due to a technical fault on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time; or

  • a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

At our discretion, we may also offer goodwill refunds in individual circumstances.

4. When refunds are not available

Refunds are not available:

  • after you have consented to immediate access and access has been granted (the digital content exception above);

  • where you have breached the Terms — for example, by sharing or redistributing the Course; or

  • for a mere change of mind after access, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use the Course. Investing outcomes are never guaranteed, and results are not a basis for a refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address used at purchase, including your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within [X] business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; doing so without contacting us first may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks and to suspend access pending resolution.
